Preventative Maintenance

CSC Worldwide team of installation experts are specially trained in the installation and preventative maintenance of your product line. We are a group of people passionately committed to delivering exceptional service.
CSC Worldwide Extended Warranty and PM Program begin the date the unit is put into service. CSC Worldwide will document the serial number on the CSC Worldwide Web Site at the time the unit ships.
CSC Worldwide PM and warranty software will allow you to view all detailed equipment data, work order for service or repairs, PM task, equipment list, pictures of your performance track- ing, parts record, and cost analysis. The standard timeframe for the PM will vary from 2 – 3 hours per unit. The PM Program allows for 4 visits in a contract year, occurring every 3 months.
We will only warranty CSC Worldwide Merchandise.

PM Program Includes:

The scope of preventative maintenance is as follows:
  • Remove all shelves and supporting hardware.
  • Remove front and back grills.
  • Remove all deck pans.
  • Remove fan plenum.
  • Remove perforated back.
  • Vacuum and wipe out tub area at bottom of case.
  • Blow out and clean condenser coil.
  • Clean and wipe out interior of unit.
  • Clean and touch up paint where needed on interior parts.
  • Blow out and vacuum self-contained unit i.e., condenser, fan, motor, and assembly, condensate pan, and all vent covers.
  • Test and verify all controls are set to factory specifications.
  • Test and verify all electrical components i.e., lighting, power plug, switches, fans, and power to the unit.
  • Test and inspect air flow and all moving parts to ensure they meet factory specifications.
  • Inspect and clean all removed parts to be installed to their original locations.
  • Clean and wipe down all exterior parts on unit inspecting for imperfections and repair i.e., paint, bumper, logos, etc.
  • Re-start unit verifying air flow, temperature, and that the unit is cycling to factory specifications.
Verification of completion is as follows:
  • CSC technician and the store manager will sign PM check-off list (will be posted on web).
  • The check-off list will consist of the above items and any other comments that the technician and store manager may have.
  • CSC technician will take a photo of unit after PM (will be posted on web).
  • CSC technician will tag and label the unit with the date and time and when the next PM is due.
At completion of the preventative maintenance, we will guarantee the unit will be wiped down and operating for the displaying of product. We will vacuum, clean, and remove any debris and waste. You will receive a PM visit every 3 months, for a total of 4 visits in a one year contract.
With the two year PM program, CSC Worldwide will extend the standard warranty from one year to two years.
