CSC Worldwide has a team of trained and certified customer service representatives that have the knowledge and access to bills of material, PDF files, and all supporting documentation to guide our service companies in any situation or repair. Our teams of installation and maintenance experts are on hand ready to assist the customers’ and service company’s needs from basic maintenance, warranty, and installation to removal and remodels.

CSC Worldwide has a fully staffed research and development team that supplies technical information to the service companies pertaining to temperature specifications, air-flow readings, power requirements, load, amps, voltage, and special needs that are outside of the normal operations.
