Warranty Procedure

CSC Worldwide warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall extend for a period of ONE year from the date of delivery.
CSC Worldwide has warranty and service support by phone, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week. For a service call, CSC Worldwide needs the Model #, Serial #, problem of unit, location, a contact name and phone number.
CSC documents and processes a service request that will be sent to a factory authorized company. Then, we contact a Factory Authorized Service Co. and report to you the estimated time of arrival for repair. The Factory Authorized Service Co. will perform the repairs necessary and a report is given to CSC Worldwide and the customer.
CSC Worldwide contacts the Factory Authorized Service Co. to review services performed and contacts the customer for a review of services conducted by the Factory Authorized Service Co. CSC Worldwide tracks and reports failures found in the field on warranty calls and conducts weekly meetings with manufacturing, engineering, customer service, and vendors to perform a root cause analysis and corrective action.
